    What are you playing at? I was the 2nd person to purchase this EA from the main list. Given I have paid for the product, with money of mine you are holding, why am I now excluded from the Delivery Department? Why have you moved my name to the reserve list?

    Well before you reduced the number of participants to 15, I had asked you to confirm the purchase. I asked you to change my status to paid. Why did you not do this?

    In fairness, you did reply "I'll do it as soon as it's available" with no explanation as to what this statement meant.

    Would you be kind enough to rectify your error?

    I paid it through Skrill and this is the email address it has listed in the payment details marusyarock@gmail.com. It shows I sent the payment but it's saying that the recipient hasn't registered yet.
